Import Multiple Notes To Multiple Headings

If you have a large number of notes you wish to file under several different Category or Project titles –

or under different Category and Project titles –

import them into Little Acorns under a single, temporary Category title –

then transfer them to their permanent headings using the transfer button located on the Notes list layout, as follows:

1. Read your raw notes into a text document via a dictation programme (e.g. Dragon Naturally Speaking). N.B. ensure that you incorporate the heading title

1. before each note, separated from it by a tab.
2. Save the document containing your notes as a .txt file. For example, as:

document.txt

3. Import your TEMP notes into Little Acorns, using the category button on the import facility, located under the >>dashboard tab.
4. After your notes have been imported into Little Acorns, go to the Category Notes list layout for the Category TEMP.
5. Use the tag facility to isolate a group of TEMP notes that you wish to transfer to another Category or Project.
6. Transfer them to this other Category or Project using the transfer button.
7. Do the same with remaining notes under the Category TEMP.
8. After you have finished transferring notes from the temporary Category TEMP to existing Categories or Projects, delete the Category TEMP from the application.
