The total number of records in the application, under the principal headings Categories, Projects and Notes.
The total number of records in the application, broken out by all headings.
The backup/sync/restore status of the application.
That is:
Whether the application has been backed-up; if so, to which location, and on what date.
Whether the application has been synchronised with another copy of the application; if so, from which file, and on what date.
Whether the application has been restored from another copy of the application; if so, from which file, and on what date.
Running from the top to the bottom of this layout, left to right:

The tabs at the top of this layout facilitate navigation to the Categories, Projects, and Notes list layouts.
N.B. The Notes tab will appear only after you have added a note to the application.
